Well then. Fuckin bummer.

So not only does the sweet iPhone app for TypePad totally f-ing blow, the dope dope metal show we went to tonight got all gaffled up! For some reason, and from what I understand, some cheesedick opening band, which may have ruled, cancelled, so the fn headlining touring band got bumped back! Wtf?! Like 75% of the muthereffers there were there to see Thou. But we were all in the gross stupid bar waiting for the fn HEADLINING band to rule our faces with punishing metal. Instead Thou plays 4 songs house show style(which is what they do down in Baton Rouge generally), and disappeared to leave Lesbian playing the final slot. Lesbian was good and had good merch, but we're bummed Thou didn't give us what we we've been waiting for. Expectations aside, Thou prolly would've destroyed it, had the stupid venue actually tried to do their part responsibly to bring everyone a fulfilling experience. I'm a short curly hair away from never going to a show there again. It's kind of a repeating thing there. F-ing bummer.
But not a total loss, we were able to kick it with really good friends we wouldn't otherwise see there. AND I got the new red vinyl gatefold record got 10 bucks ! Weeeeee!!
